CoYoga is excited to be hosting / offering the following events and workshops to new and existing clients!
CAMP COYOGA PRESENTS: THE ART & PLAY OF YOGA — SUMMER CAMP
ART. PLAY. YOGA! Camp CoYoga offers a fun balance between spontaneity and structure, and allows kids ages 6-10 to express themselves in a positive way.
Campers can expect to learn that the theme of YOGA or 'UNITY' can be experienced through fun yoga poses, arts and crafts, entertaining storytelling, music, games, dance, sharing and partnership with fellow peers!
The camp program embraces diversity and offers a safe environment for learning about yoga, developing body awareness, making friendships, and encouraging mindfulness - while having lots of fun this summer!
FULL-WEEK / FULL-DAY REGISTRATION AVAILABLE!
Summer camp programs will take place in July and August at either CoYoga Studio HQ and Erin Mills Soccer Club.

AM Session (9:30am-12:30pm): Play (A Life-Sized Me!), Camp (Wayback Playback!) and Yoga (Intro to Yoga)
PM Session (1pm-4pm): Play and Art (Express Yourself!)
TUESDAY: Theme of the Day — MY WORLD
AM Session (9:30am-12:30pm): Play (Sensory Sluething!), Camp (Around The World!) and Yoga (Plants and Animals)
PM Session (1pm-4pm): Play (Discover Walk) and Art (Art That Rocks!)
WEDNESDAY: Theme of the Day — MY FRIENDS
AM Session (9:30am-12:30pm): Play (Lean On Me!), Camp (People To People!) and Yoga (Partner Power!)
PM Session (1pm-4pm): Play (Community Clean Up!) and Art (BFFs and Bracelets)

PM Session (1pm-4pm): Play (Scavenger Hunt!) and Art (Mixed Media Magic)
FRIDAY: Theme of the Day — MY HEART
AM Session (9:30am-12:30pm): Play (My Beating Heart!), Camp (Cozy Camp Fire!) and Yoga (Presence? Or Presents?)
PM Session (1pm-4pm): Play (I Heart My Community!) and Art (Heart Strings)
