A FLOW THAT'S ALL YOUR OWN ...
Our classes are 60 minutes and follow a vinyasa (or flow) that builds strength and flexibility, but is adaptable to suit each individual’s body and needs. Our practice encourages students to listen to their bodies - to know when to take it up a notch, and when to take rest – without any judgement. When students practice regularly, they begin to discover their own inner power and will see a transformation both on and off the mat.
